Our journey will begin with Breathing Techniques and Yoga Asanas to relax, followed by drumming. We will explore essential drumming skills for deep relaxation, and in a short time you will be grooving to the rhythm in you. Frame drumming and the sound of the singing bowls with Yoga can help to reduce stress hormones and strengthen the immune system.
No musical experience needed.
Drums will be provided.
