    DP STORE is not liable for failed deliveries arising from the customer's provision of incorrect/incomplete addresses, addresses listed to commercial and government buildings, military facilities, restricted security clearance areas, educational institutions and any other addresses which may have restrictive mail room policies which prohibits personal packages to be received.

    You have 30 calendar days to exchange/return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
